Sylvia D. Gaddis, Project Manager of the Florida Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) of the Florida Area Agency on Aging, presents a Medicare Fraud video of approximately 21 minutes in three parts for volunteer training.  After viewing the video, volunteers should be able to adequately inform Florida seniors about Medicare fraud and about whom to contact when the senior suspects fraud.
